Our Policy.
1.  QUANTITY DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE if you are placing large order. Please feel free to email us at weddingchapter@gmail.com to quote you the best price we can offer!
2.  Kindly note that the item colors might differ slightly from the original product in pictures due to lighting and different monitor resolutions.
3.  All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
4.  Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
5.  We ensure you receive quality items from us by inspecting the items before shipping out. Please check your items carefully upon receiving your items. An exchange or return may apply within 7 days upon receiving your item according to our exchange and return policy. Kindly scroll down to 'Exchange & Return Policy.' for more information.

Payment Method.
1.  Payment can be made through bank transfer to our Maybank account, pay by cheque or Cash of Delivery (C.O.D)
2.  For those who made payment via bank transfer or pay by cheque, kindly acknowledge us by mail to weddingchapter@gmail.com
3.  Remember to keep the copy of the receipt as proof.
*Orders are confirmed upon payment received and no refunds will be made. A 30% deposit of total purchase amount is require for C.O.D. Please email us for more details.

Delivery Options.
1.  We use SKYNET for delivery. However we may choose to use other alternative if deemed necessary. Kindly note that the postage fees may differ depending on the weights of the products in total and location, which are charges by shipping carrier.
2.  Cash of Delivery (C.O.D) service is FREE and only within Klang Valley (to be arranged with us)

Exchange & Return Policy.
1. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once orders are confirmed. Exchanges are accepted only if it is due to items incorrectly sent or manufacturer defect.
2. For manufacturer defect or items incorrectly sent, please email us at weddingchapter@gmail.com for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please return the item to us in their original unused condition with the tags intact and return to us within 7 days from date of our agreement to such return.
3. The refund will be given as money back or in exchange for item of equivalent value.
4. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers
5. We will not be responsible for items missing or damaged during delivery resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier, we will be most happy to assist you in filing such claim against the shipping carrier.
